Request to become a LW wing

Greetings esteemed LW council.
I am the diplomat of the *{HG}* alliance.
Our alliance has some members who are/have been in very good standing in other servers and our villages are growing fast.
Whilst we are reaching the end game soon, we are currently reviewing our alliance and are to go through a reshuffle soon.
We would like to become a wing of the LW brethren.
We hope that our request will be considered and this move will be beneficial to all parties concerned.

When will the proposed reshuffle be finished? It's kind of hard to buy a used car when all the best parts are strewn across the sales lot. IT works better if its in a test drivable condition...

Reasons to leave the Current Alliance:
The leader of *{HG}* already deleted her account and now the alliance has no direction.

Can you comment on this "leadership" issue that was mentioned? Is this part of the "Reshuffling" moves?
